Brendan, what would be your thoughts on designing a teaching observation assessment/checklist for all these areas?

Not sure if you’re familiar with the Paul Sadler Swimland program, but I worked there for years, and their teacher training was incredible, particularly due to their strict teaching assessment criteria and helpful specific feedback.

I would love an assessment sheet that contained all these areas and whether they were observed or not on a scale of 1/3, and any observation notes. That way I could ask lead teachers, leadership and peers assess my lessons using these as a gauge of effectiveness and efficiency.

Yeah, the essential aspect is that both the observer and teacher need to know what the checklist is before the observation happens.
